Florida GOP sees ‘desperation’ in Hillary Clinton’s campaign stop for Kamala Harris

Hillsborough County Democrats will party like it’s 2016 on Saturday, when the former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton swings through tampa like a Kamala Harris surrogate.

The Republican Party of Florida says it is not impressed.

Clinton’s visit coincides with a speaking engagement later Saturday at the Straz Centerwhere she is promoting a book. Still, Power sees no coincidence in what he calls “a last-ditch act of desperation for Florida Democrats as the Republican Party releases early voting numbers at a record pace, with a lead of more than 700,000 votes so far.”

“The only ‘trash’ we see in Florida is Kamala’s ‘deplorable’ economic policies, dangerous open border and broken promises,” Power said, before taking a shot at the chairman of the Florida Democratic Party.

“Nikki Fried She is delusional to think that Hillary will make Kamala Harris more attractive to Florida voters when they have consistently rejected her dangerous Democratic policies that have crippled our economy, opened our borders and made the world a dangerous place. We are confident that President Trump will fix everything that Kamala broke.”
