Accident fatality identified – Herald-Standard

A Uniontown woman died this week after a head-on collision in Fallowfield Township.

Washington County Coroner Timothy Warco identified the victim of Tuesday’s crash as 36-year-old Tiffany Rider.

The rider was a front seat passenger in a vehicle traveling eastbound on Old 71. The crash occurred about 8:45 p.m. when a westbound vehicle crossed the center line. According to Warco, Rider was not wearing a seat belt.

Several people were taken to local hospitals by helicopter and ambulance, according to state police. Police have not released any additional information about the crash or the identities of either driver.

The Fallowfield Township, Brownsville, Tri-Community and Rostraver EMS fire departments also responded to the accident.
