In the glamorous world of Hollywood celebrities, even the biggest stars face challenges their fears.

Whether it’s creepy creatures scaring them or jumping out of a gruesome movie, stars like Jennifer Aniston and Kristen Bell became aware of what scared them the most.

‘Friends’ star Aniston confessed that being in the air or underwater scares her.

While Aniston was jet-setting with ‘Friends’ co-star Courteney Cox, she shared that her trip took a turn for the worse when she traveled by plane in 2019.

“We heard an explosion, which sounded like a pit if it was a car big enough to drive over the Grand Canyon. It was so loud,” Aniston said earlier during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

“I obviously have a real fear of flying, but no one else does. So Courteney Cox, whose father is a pilot and is never afraid, says, ‘Should we have checked that? Is everything OK?’ They said, no, no, it’s taxiing, it’s going smoothly.”

In 2015, Aniston admitted she was afraid she was underwater.

“I actually have a real fear of going underwater,” the Hollywood actress said during a screening of her film “Cake.” E! News.

“I was a kid and I was riding this tricycle around a pool… I was riding my tricycle into the pool, I wouldn’t let go, and my brother was trying (to help me),” Aniston explained. “So I can’t go underwater and no one will believe me. Honestly, I can’t.”

The stars of “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” told Fox News Digital what really scares them.

When Fox News Digital asked what their fears were, original “Beetlejuice” cast member Catherine O’Hara said she can’t stand the movie “The Exorcist.”

Meanwhile, 22-year-old actress Jenna Ortega fears awkward social interactions.

“I can’t go underwater and no one will believe me. Honestly, I can’t.”

“Those social interactions where… you guys don’t get anywhere…” Ortega explained to Fox News Digital.

“Like a bad date?” O’Hara asked.

“Yeah, I just hate that. I hate to bring it up. There was one time… there was a guy who worked for… the Four Seasons… a really nice guy. But… I think I was 16 at the time, and I had… a conversation with this guy in the middle of a press…”

“We talked about the weather for about ten minutes, and we both knew it. I could see it in his eyes that… neither of us wanted to have that conversation because… it didn’t change our lives. So, I I think those conversations…are cruel to have.”

Their co-star Justin Theroux, on the other hand, said he is afraid of death.

“I’m such a hypochondriac. So of course I fear death, which I think we all do. Maybe that’s a natural state,” he said.

Birds seem to ruffle several celebrity feathers, including Olivia Rodrigo and Scarlett Johansson.

The former Disney star said the feathered creatures are definitely not her favorite.

“Birds are so strange to us: there is no body part that looks like ours,” Rodrigo said Rolling stone last year.

“Everyone’s all scared of aliens and s… They’re like, ‘What are the aliens going to look like?’ I’m like, ‘We have birds on our planet, and we’re not afraid of them.’

Although you’ll never see Rodrigo watching Alfred Hitchcock’s film “The Birds,” Johansson joins the pop star in this common fear.

During an interview with Vulture in December 2011, Johansson revealed that she is afraid of birds, which made filming “We Bought a Zoo” particularly difficult. One scene with a peacock was scary to film because she was “terrified of them” and didn’t want them “to get too close,” saying that “they’re mean.”

“I’m only afraid of birds. Something about wings and beaks and the flapping, I’m terrified of it. That still hasn’t gone away. If they had asked me to put a bird on my shoulder, I would have done it. done, but it would have been difficult,” she told the outlet. “Actually, my uncle is also terrified of birds, so it runs in the family.”

Kristen Bell’s husband Dax Shepard revealed that his wife hates “prummy” fingers.

He made the actress famous on social media and shared a photo of her wearing gloves in a swimming pool.

“My bride wears gloves in the pool because she hates the feeling of peachy fingertips on the skin. #Hollyweird #iloveher,” he wrote on Instagram in 2018.

The ‘Good Place’ actress explained to fans about her anxiety.

“I would call it a very serious, undiagnosed and yet-to-be-discovered medical condition that dozens of people in America may also be suffering from,” Bell explained. “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” at the time.

“I’m not ashamed,” she noted. “During my lifetime, I want to remove the stigma from perhaps ten people who also suffer from it. You are not alone!”

Martin Freeman admitted that he is strangely afraid of avocados.

During a performance on “The Graham Norton Show,” the English actor revealed that he hesitates to eat avocados because he is terrified of choking on the large hole or “stone” in the middle.

“I’m afraid of choking,” Freeman said. “It’s a completely rational fear. It’s happened a few times when I ate chips too fast and it was very scary.”
