Woman killed, man injured in double stabbing on Long Point Road, Houston police say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A deadly situation at an apartment complex in northwest Houston is under investigation.

One woman was killed and a man was injured in an apparent double stabbing on Long Point Road, Houston police said.

HPD said the victims were found around 7:35 a.m. Thursday with multiple stab wounds.

The victims have not been publicly identified, but police said they lived in the complex.

“At this time I don’t believe there is a threat to the community,” said HPD Det. Bowling said on the spot, but declined to elaborate.

ABC13 spotted what appeared to be a broom in an evidence bag loaded into the back of a crime scene vehicle Thursday afternoon.
