As of November 5, 900 Muslims will receive offers for the Hajj in 2025

SINGAPORE – About 900 potential pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj will receive their offer letters from the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) from Nov 5.

Those selected will be notified via text message and email, Muis said in a Nov. 1 press release.

Selected pilgrims should be checked by medical professionals to ensure they are medically fit, as Saudi hajj authorities require them to be in good physical health to perform religious rituals, the council said.

After receiving the notification, potential pilgrims can log into the MyHajSG portal to view their offer letter. To confirm their place, they must purchase their Hajj package from an authorized travel agent and fulfill other requirements listed on the portal by November 17.

Muis has approved 11 travel agencies, offering a total of 28 approved hajj packages.

These packages cost between $8,970 and $26,995 for a stay of up to 27 days. They cost an average of $16,178 – $2,000 more than the year before due to higher costs.

Prices include Masyair services and medical services in the Holy Lands, such as the Singapore Pilgrims’ Affairs Office medical clinic and emergency medical care.

Masyair refers to the movement of pilgrims within Saudi Arabia for the Hajj rituals.

However, the prices do not include airfare, which runs as high as $3,100 for a typical economy seat. Future pilgrims are also advised to take out additional travel insurance, Muis said.
