Penn Yan man charged with disorderly conduct after yelling at local businesses

Police have charged a Penn Yan resident with disorderly conduct following an Oct. 23 incident in which he allegedly caused a disturbance at a local business.

Collin D. Lackey, 27, was arrested Oct. 25 after allegedly yelling at another person at a Lake Street business.

Lackey was issued a criminal summons and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer to the disorderly conduct charge.
