The TGL odds were revealed with Rory McIlroy's team at the top and Tiger Woods' team last

Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Links GC is priced at the bottom of the pile, with bookmakers at odds of 5/1 (+600) to win TGL in 2025.

TGL is a new technology-inspired golf league created by Woods, Rory McIlroy and their co-founder and CEO of TMRW Sports, Mike McCarley.

The indoor golf competition starts on January 7, 2025 and consists of six teams of four PGA Tour players each.

However, world number 1 Scottie Scheffler has declined to participate.

Each of the TGL teams will play five matches, with the top four teams advancing to the TGL Playoffs, a best-of-three series beginning March 24.

The event takes place at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

TGL was forced to serve a 12-month ban after the stadium’s roof collapsed at the end of 2023.

Woods’ team consists of himself, Tom Kim, Max Homa and Kevin Kisner.

But the bookmakers don’t want Jupiter Links GC to get the job done, especially with the 15-time major champion still absent from the competition since the 152nd Open in July.

Woods played in all four Majors this season, but missed the cut in three of them and finished last among tournaments to make the cut at The Masters.

He recently underwent the sixth back surgery of his career.

There is some hope that Woods can tie it to his son Charlie Woods at the PNC Championship just before Christmas.

But back to the top of the story, and Woods’ team is expected to be priced higher 5/1 (+600), the bottom of the six teams participating in the new TGL.

Therefore, a $100 bet on Woods’ team will give you a profit of $500 and a total payout of $600.

McIlroy’s Boston Common GC, which also includes Hideki Matsuyama, Keegan Bradley and Adam Scott, has been installed as the narrow favorite with the bookmakers at odds with the bookies. 5/2 (+350).

A €100 bet on McIlroy’s team will give you a profit of €250 and a total payout of €350.

Elsewhere in the betting market, bookmakers have priced Los Angeles GC and New York GC into joint second place, with odds of 3/1 (+400).

The Los Angeles leaderboard consists of Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood, Sahith Theegala and Justin Rose.

New York’s leaderboard consists of Xander Schauffele, Cameron Young, Matt Fitzpatrick and Rickie Fowler.

The Bay GC (Ludvig Aberg, Wyndham Clark, Shane Lowry and Min Woo Lee) is priced fourth in the market. 7/2 (+450), with Atlanta Drive GC (Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel, Justin Thomas and Lucas Glover) at 15/4 (+475).
