Ray J ‘got loud and aggressive’ with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ sons before Chris Brown stopped fighting

Ray J admits he played a part in it fueling the feud with the sons of Sean “Diddy” Combs this weekend.

“We didn’t have a fight,” he said while chatting with Nicki Minaj on Instagram Live. according to the shadow room. “We had a big fight just outside the club.”

Minaj quickly interrupted Ray and asked the singer “who started” the altercation that took place last Saturday outside a Halloween party in Los Angeles.

“This time I think I got loud and aggressive,” he admitted. “But it was the third time this happened, and so I felt like I had to stand up for myself, even though they were talking and we were having funny words. I walked that way to avoid the problem, and that’s what happened.

The “Sexy Can I” singer called the ordeal “unfortunate,” but also said they later talked about the situation for “about 35 minutes.”

Minaj seemed disinterested in the resolution and further pressed Ray to share the details of what they were “fighting about.”

“Comments I made on my show,” he replied, apparently referring to “The Reality Check.”

Ray also discussed the incident during his speech guest appearance on Wack 100 on Wednesday.

The ‘One Wish’ artist claimed he had ‘no one with him’ when Quincy Brown, Christian Combs and Justin Combs allegedly ‘tried to rush’ him – until Chris Brown stepped in to intervene.

“I moved away from it,” claimed Ray, 43. “I tried to somehow understand what was happening. Luckily the homie Chris was there.”

The “I Hit It First” singer confirmed that the Chris he was referring to was “Chris Brown, bro.”

However, Ray seemed hesitant to share further information and repeatedly asked the interviewer not to “put this online.”

Representatives for Combs did not return Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Let It Go” singer shared the details after Page Six confirmed that Brown, 35, broke up a fight between Combs and Ray’s three sons last weekend.

A source told Page Six that Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, and Christian, 26, had ‘fun’ with other celebrities at a Halloween party hosted by Tara Electra, CEO of Unruly Agency.

However, things took a turn when Ray went outside to the parking lot with Amber Rose and his manager.

An insider claimed that Combs’ children saw Ray and confronted him about things he recently said about their father, who is in jail in Brooklyn, NY, awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

“When the party ended, all three brothers were talking to Ray and he ignored it because he was with Amber,” the source said.

The situation reportedly began to escalate when the men began bumping into each other’s chests and getting in their faces.

We’re told Brown was in his car at the time of the altercation. However, he quickly intervened after sensing that things were getting heated between the two sides.

Brown and Combs’ three sons have yet to address the situation.

“Ray J always sticks to his guns, but he has never said anything negative about Diddy’s situation,” a source told us after the incident.

Ray previously spoke about Diddy’s scandal and other celebrities who could potentially be “exposed” as a result of his arrest and upcoming trial.

“I’ve been around long enough to know that if there’s smoke, you’ll always find fire,” he says told NewsNation on September 30.

“I think now that the market in our world is so cornered and you have a team of people at the top making all the decisions, it’s like a house of cards,” he continued. “If one falls, the whole deck collapses.”
