Walworth man arrested for harassment after domestic incident

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of a 30-year-old Walworth resident following a domestic incident in which he allegedly punched another person. Shannon S. Williams was taken into custody on November 1 after officers responded to the incident on Walworth Ontario Road.

According to deputies, Williams is accused of striking the person with a closed fist, leading to a charge of second-degree harassment. Williams was taken to the Wayne County Jail where he awaited the CAP arraignment scheduled for 7 a.m. on November 1.

The investigation was led by Vice King and no further details have been released.
