Havelock man arrested on multiple drug charges

HAVELOCK, N.C. (WITN) – An Eastern Carolina man is behind bars after police say they found drugs in his home.

Havelock police said they had begun investigating reports of drugs at a home on Woodhaven Drive in Havelock. Police say Keven “Max” Kiraly was identified as a person of interest.

Last Thursday, police said they conducted a probation compliance check at Kiraly’s home because he was under supervision. During the search, police found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Kiraly was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed under a $50,000 secured bond.
