The Oahu grand jury indicts the suspect in an officer-involved shooting in Kalihi

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – An Oahu grand jury indicted the suspect Thursday in an officer-involved shooting in Kalihi.

Blane Apostadiro, 47, was indicted Thursday on eight counts for allegedly shooting from a stolen car on Kuhio Park Terrace on Sunday.

The police returned fire and Apostadiro was seriously injured.

Apostadiro is being held without bail on charges including terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and drug and firearms offenses.
