Man dead after crash near Preston Highway

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man was killed after a car crash near Preston Highway on Saturday, November 2.

Louisville police said around 10:30 a.m. officers were called to the 4700 block of Glen Rose Road, where they found the wreckage. An initial investigation revealed that a man driving alone in a van left the roadway for an unknown reason and crashed head-on into a tree.

The man died on the spot. His name has not yet been released.

LMPD’s Traffic Unit is investigating.
