Your first warning of a major warm-up ahead of a cold front on Election Day

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – There will be a southerly flow tomorrow that will push warmer air and moisture from the Gulf into the mid-South ahead of a cold front that will bring rain and thunderstorms to the area on Tuesday.

THIS EVENING: Partly cloudy with an east wind 5 to 10 MPH and overnight lows in the mid 60s.

SUNDAY: Partly cloudy with a breezy south wind 10 to 15 MPH and afternoon highs in the lower 80s.

SUNDAY EVENING: Partly cloudy with a breezy south wind 10 to 15 MPH and overnight lows in the low 70s.

NEXT WEEK: Monday will be mostly cloudy and windy with highs in the low 80s and overnight lows in the low 60s. Tuesday will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms, along with high temperatures in the mid 70s and overnight lows in the low 60s. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers, highs in the lower 70s, and overnight lows in the low 60s. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain early in the day, along with high temperatures in the mid-70s and overnight lows in the upper 50s. Friday will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of a stray shower, along with afternoon highs in the lower 70s and overnight lows in the mid 50s.
