Kamala Harris will appear on SNL tonight, AP sources say

Kamala Harris is making an unannounced trip to New York to appear on “Saturday Night Live,” according to The Associated Press.

The AP said three anonymous people familiar with Harris’ plans confirmed she was flying to New York and would appear on the late-night comedy show.

Earlier in the day, Harris campaigned in Charlotte, North Carolina and was scheduled to head to Detroit. But once the plane was in the air, aides said it was actually headed to New York.
