Two men robbed at knifepoint in the Bronx

BRONX, NY – Two men were robbed at knifepoint late Friday, Oct. 25, while walking on Dean Avenue in the Bronx, police said, as authorities searched for two suspects involved in the attack.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m., when two 27-year-old men were approached by two unknown assailants near 2382 Dean Avenue. Police said the suspects brandished knives and demanded the victims’ belongings. One of the attackers placed a knife to the neck of one of the victims before seizing cash and a mobile phone.

After the robbery, both suspects fled in an unknown direction. None of the victims were physically injured, police said.

The suspects are described as dark-skinned men who appear to be in their late teens. The NYPD has not yet made any arrests in connection with the incident and no further details about the suspects have been released.

Authorities are continuing to investigate and have asked anyone with information about the robbery to contact police.
