A Canandaigua man is facing a misdemeanor DWI charge after the Victor incident

A Canandaigua man was arrested early Sunday on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 490, where officers say he was driving with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.

Michael A. Bradley, 32, of Risser Road in Canandaigua, was stopped about 1:50 a.m. after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies observed him committing multiple traffic violations, including unsafe lane departure and failure to use a designated lane.

During the stop, officers determined that Bradley was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and later learned that he had a previous DWI conviction in 2019. Bradley was arrested on charges of misdemeanor aggravated DUI, misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor DUI with a BAC of 0.08% or more.

He provided a breath sample that reportedly showed a BAC nearly three times the legal limit, authorities said. Bradley was treated at the Ontario County Jail and released to a sober third party.

He will appear in Victor Town Court on November 19 at 3:30 pm to answer the charges.
