Yonkers man and Vermont woman arrested on drug charges

A traffic stop led to the arrest of Steven Emery, 34, of Yonkers, and Shelby Rose Rowe, 27, of Vermont, on drug charges.

New York State Police stopped the vehicle Wednesday evening for multiple violations. An investigation uncovered approximately 110 grams of cocaine and nearly four grams on Rowe.

Emery and Rowe are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and intent to sell.

They were arraigned in East Fishkill Court and held without bail in the Dutchess County Jail.
