Man charged with a list of crimes after police find cocaine and passport in Staffordshire

Ervin Billa, 23, of no fixed address, has been charged with drug trafficking, driving and immigration offences, a spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said.

These include possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A, possessing and/or controlling identity documents with intent, knowingly entering the United Kingdom in breach of a deportation order, driving a motor vehicle by other means than in accordance with a driver’s license and the use of a motor vehicle without third party insurance.

It comes after police stopped a white Fiat 500 on St Pauls Road, Rugeleyon October 30 at approximately 2:50 p.m. and searched the driver.

Billa has been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Stafford Crown Court on November 29.
