Clovis police find three dead in a moving car

Officers found the car running when they arrived on scene. They suspect no foul play.

CLOVIS, NM – Clovis police have launched an investigation after officers found three people dead in a car Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday around 2:40 p.m., Clovis police officers responded to the La Vista Inn where a caller reported three people in a moving car who were not breathing.

Officers confirmed the report when they arrived, while first responders pronounced all three people dead. They identified the people as 29-year-old Hector Flores, 19-year-old Alizara Gallegos and a person under the age of 18.

The investigators suspect no foul play. The Office of the Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy.
