Heavy rain leads to flooded roads in Howell County, Mo.

WEST PLAINS, Mo. (KY3) – The Howell County Sheriff’s Office is urging motorists to avoid crossing at low tide.

Several inches of rain fell across the area Monday morning. Authorities are reporting water on several roads, including:

Provincial Road 8630
Provincial Road 9100
Provincial Road 1280
Provincieweg 2010
Provincial Road 5130
State highways MM & K

The city of West Plains reported around noon that there was water over the road on several streets. They include:

Bratton Avenue
Howelllaan
1st-10th streets
Sunset terrace
Lantonweg
Lincoln
Sint-Louisstraat
Washington Avenue
Jefferson Avenue
