Program information for VC-certified pre-owned watches

Vacheron Constantine has announced its Certified Pre-Owned Watch (CPO) program, which is being launched globally in collaboration with the leading secondary watch market, as well as the Manufacure’s long-time partner, Watch finder.

This initiative not only reflects the House’s nearly 270-year commitment to excellence, but also guarantees the longevity of its timepieces. Approved and certified pre-owned watches come with a minimum two-year international warranty, a digital passport and a CPO warranty letter, all packaged in a special pouch, completed with an official seal.

With this program, Vacheron Constantin also guarantees that all models produced since 1755 can be brought back in for restorations and repairs. The House’s repair department is equipped and has access to historical tools, machines, archival documents and original components that allow the craftsmen there to handle every Vacheron Constantin watch model.

The CPO program also includes a trade-in service, which allows customers to exchange old watches for new timepieces. New watches are also available with up to 8 years extended warranty. Overall, this extensive offering demonstrates the House’s commitment to building a lasting legacy in watchmaking, while meeting the evolving needs of its customer base.
