Renewed call from the police due to Manvers’ disorder

Police have launched a new appeal to identify people involved in the mass violent disorder that took place in Manvers last summer.

On August 4, more than 60 officers, three police dogs and a police horse were injured while responding to the disorder at the Holiday Inn Express, where protesters threw rockets at them and the hotel itself.

The building was also seriously damaged, resulting in expensive repairs.

Since then, 86 people involved have been charged with more than 150 years in prison against those responsible.

The investigation is ongoing as police seek information about people depicted in the photo.

Anyone who can help can call 101, quoting incident number 239 of August 4, 2024.

If you prefer not to reveal your personal details, you can also remain anonymous and pass on what you know by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers – call their UK contact center on freephone 0800 555111.
