Jackson County man accused of killing neighbor during ongoing feud

Daniel Lambert, 57, from Hollytree has been arrested and charged with the murder of his neighbor Adam Douglas Cooner, 42.

On Nov. 4 at 3:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in a private driveway along County Road 12 in the Hollytree community, according to a recent release. Upon arrival, officers found a deceased Cooner.

Lambert was arrested and charged with murder for the shooting of Cooner. The bond has not been set.

Jackson County Sheriff Rocky Harnen said WAF that the couple had been feuding for years.
