Heidi Montag, 38, ’embarrassed’ again after donning bondage-inspired lingerie for racy music video shoot

The Hills star Heidi Montag has caused a stir online with her latest raunchy photo shoot.

The 38-year-old, who recently resumed her music careerAfter more than a decade, she stripped down to a red leather corset and bondage-inspired pants to create the visuals for her next pop single, Scandalous.

The blonde bombshell also wore a studded collar and matching leather boots for the provocative image, which saw her crawling over a desk covered in newspapers, champagne and jewelry.

The electrifying shoot was styled by Tumas Zarskus, who has worked with pop stars including Tate McCrae, Doja Cat and Paula Abdul, while celebrity photographer Jon Premosch and Shane Sackett captured all the action.

While many of Heidi’s fans were excited to see the reality star return to music, many others attacked the mother of two for stripping naked.

“I feel sorry for you guys. What a memorable mother they have,” one lamented.

“You’re a mother for crying out loud. What are you trying to prove?’ wrote another.

A third added: “Heidi, this isn’t you. Your posts on prayer and family were much better. I really hope you’re doing well mentally.’

Despite the backlash, the Superficial singer also received dozens of supportive comments from fans who couldn’t wait to hear her new song.

‘So glad you’re doing music again! You’re finally getting the justice you deserve,” said one.

“I love that you’re full of ‘pop star Heidi’ this year,” another exclaimed.

“She gives iconically. She gives a pop culture icon,” wrote another, while a fourth added: “I can’t wait! Keep making beautiful songs Heidi! Stay on track! To perform!’

Heidi has been repeatedly targeted by online trolls since she decided to relaunch her music career earlier this year.

In September, husband Spencer Pratt took to both Instagram and TikTok to call out his wife’s critics — who he noted are largely middle-aged women.

“The amount of women attacking my wife in the comments of her new song 5G, out September 13, is absolutely insane,” he said.

“They sit here and come onto my page or my wife’s page and attack her with the meanest comments,” he continued, after pointing out that most of the women attacking Heidi appeared to be other mothers.

He then boasted that Heidi has over 1.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

“The age demographic that Heidi makes music for, and her true fans, are not the age of these people saying these horrible things,” he said.

“So it makes sense that you don’t get the music because it’s not for you. Heidi makes music for her listeners, who are probably twenty years younger than you.’

After relaunching her music career in June with the single Wet Hot Summer, Heidi was repeatedly attacked online and told to cover up because she was a devout Christian and mother.

When Heidi spoke out about the comments on DailyMail.com at the time, she said: ‘I thought we were past this point in the culture of being so critical and shaming mothers and women for being more than one thing.’

She continued, “I’m just following in the footsteps of amazing women like Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé and Katy Perry, who show that you can be a mother and still be sexy.

Why are women, once they have children, defined solely by that, but men never by fatherhood? Chris Hemsworth and Jason Momoa get praised every time they take their shirts off, but God forbid a mother wears a bikini!’

The reality star admitted that she felt like she was singled out more than others over the years – especially when it came to her appearance.

“People always felt like they could say whatever they wanted about me and get away with it,” says Heidi, who once had to undergo 10 cosmetic procedures under the knife in one day.

“The things that were said about my operations then were so cruel that if you said it now you would be canceled.

‘I don’t know why I’ve always been a target, but I’ve learned to ignore it and focus on the positives because I get so much support from my fans, so there’s really no need to look at the haters. ‘
