TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Hurricane Rafael reached Category 3 status Wednesday before barreling into western Cuba. Good news: this one isn’t going to Florida or Georgia.

While the storm itself will miss us, a plume of tropical moisture has brought some rain to the Big Bend and South Georgia. How much more rain can we expect? We’ll talk about it in today’s First Alert Daily.
