The last two suspects involved in a shooting near TSU in October were arrested Wednesday

The last two men suspected of being involved in the shooting near Tennessee State University (TSU) on October 12 have been found and arrested. The shooting in October left one man dead and nine other people injured.

Suspects Corey D. Johnson, 31, and Kiyahn Hayes-Woods, 23, were taken into custody Wednesday on Berry Street near McFerrin Park. Authorities say Hayes-Woods had a semi-automatic handgun when he was taken into custody.

Johnson has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. His bail is $80,000.

Hayes-Woods was charged with felony reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. His bond has been set at $94,000.
