CLI launches garden-inspired residential towers, North Grove in Pristina Town

North Grove in Pristina Town is expected to be completed in 2029 and consists of two towers, namely the Lumina Tower with 386 units and the Terra Tower with 643 units.

Lumina Tower features an expansive green space, lower floor density and exclusive premium garden amenities including a gym, games room, Zen garden, sky garden, lounge and multi-functional terrace. The design is inspired by coastal palettes with its fluid shapes created when light and water meet. It offers studios, one-bedroom garden units and one-bedroom garden units ranging from 24 to 35.14 m² with full height windows.

Terra Tower exudes a lively and active atmosphere, with its tower design inspired by forest tones, mimicking the rigid forms of nature of the abundant nature reserves. It offers all studio units ranging from 22.75 to 25.37 m². The exclusive first-class amenities include a gym, small gardens and a multi-functional terrace.
