Hood Group Limited, an insurance solutions provider, is pleased to announce the successful buyout of the Group’s silent shareholders, with support from Connection Capital LLP, a private equity and alternative investment firm.

The financing secured for this transaction provides significant capital to expand the direct and B2B insurance distribution business, pursue opportunities in new and existing markets and increase resources across the Group.

This investment supports Hood Group’s mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences, build stronger partnerships with insurers and strengthen brand presence.
