Chris Pratt criticized his statement about the election results between Trump and Harris

Chris Pratt‘S American elections result statement has explained his absence in a joint endorsement from Kamala Harris, shared by his colleague Miracle actors.

The Guardians of the Galaxy stara staunch Christian and military advocate, is often described as right-wing, but he has stated in the past that he does not fall on “both sides” of the political spectrum.

Now, unlike his former father-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger, a former Republican politician, who was praised for its surprising approach about this year’s elections – even of those with opposing views – and his Avengers co-stars, who gathered to support HarrisPratt’s open letter, shared on the eve of the election, has caused consternation.

Many are rolling their eyes at the Marvel actor’s particularly reserved take on the outcome of the vote, who did sparked outrage among many Hollywood stars in the wake of Trump’s victory.

Without Harris or Donald TrumpPratt told fans he is “trying to understand the election through the eyes of Americans on both sides,” and urged people to unite as “fellow countrymen” regardless of who wins.

Before his statement, he mused on the impending result, saying, “It’s okay to take a moment to lick your wounds when you lose. Heck, go ahead and cry in the mirror.

Pratt’s statement, which appeared in that of his mother-in-law Maria Shriver Sunday newspaper who called it “a very good opinion piece.” However, many disagree, mainly due to the fact that this election was considered one of the most crucial in US history, with the actor’s statement being called too “banal”.

One particular critic wrote, “Pratt is trying to make it seem like this is any other election. Like Obama versus Romney for example. But it is actually the most critical election of my life. What we do right now, over the next 24 hours, is of great importance.”

Another added: “Seriously, Chris Pratt has a ‘both sides’ view on this election,” while one more – a fan account dedicated to Guardians of the Galaxy – on X/Twitter said: “Although he doesn’t support either candidate supports, and the site belongs to a former Democrat (now independent) Maria Shriver, it upsets me to see Chris Pratt playing “both sides have good ideas” with what is at stake for me.

Both Shriver and her husband Schwarzenegger have endorsed Harris.
