The documents state that police interviewed the inmate, who is serving time at the Tutwiler Prison for Women in Wetumpka, on Oct. 25. The inmate said the incident happened on October 18.

The inmate accused Brantley of forcing her to perform sex acts by threatening to report her for disciplinary action “every time he felt like keeping her from getting out of jail and going home to her children ,” the documents say.

Brantley is being held in the Elmore County Jail without bond pending a hearing on Aniah’s Law.

The Alabama Department of Corrections has not yet responded to a request for comment.
