Death investigation underway near store in Milford, NH

A man was found dead Thursday evening after an apparent shooting near a Dollar General store in Milford, N.H., Attorney General John M. Formella’s office said.

Authorities responded to the scene of “a suspicious death” in the area of ​​the store on Wilton Road, prosecutors said in a statement.

The victim’s identity was not immediately released.
