The suspect, a 30-year-old shepherd, is said to have killed his daughter in a moment of anger after a heated argument with his wife.

According to Citizen Digital, the suspect’s wife had left their home after the dispute, leaving him alone with their young daughter.

In a shocking turn of events, the 30-year-old man came out Uganda allegedly turned his frustration on the innocent child and attacked her with a panga.

How did the residents of Busia react to the murder of the minor?

The brutal murder quickly attracted the attention of local residents, who approached the suspect in anger.

Witnesses reported that some tried to take matters into their own hands, but were unsuccessful police officers arrived just in time to rescue the man from the angry crowd.

They placed him under arrest and have confirmed that he will be charged in court upon completion of the ongoing investigation.

The toddler’s body was transported to Alupe Hospital Mortuary where it awaits an autopsy as detectives continue their investigation.

In another story, Maureen Gesare was worried about her nine-month-old daughter. Maya Kerubo, who was missing.

Gesare, a teenage mother, left her young daughter in the care of her sister, Faith Kemunto, who also had a young child.

Kemunto claimed that her neighbor’s twins wanted to carry Maya and her child. They joined a group of children who usually gave free food to a woman.

The woman gave the children some money to buy snacks while carrying Maya, and while they went to buy the food, she fled with the baby.
