Brianna Chickenfry refused a $12 million non-disclosure agreement from Zach Bryan after they broke up

Barstool Sports Personality Brianna LaPaglia (aka Brianna Chicken Breast) describes the emotional abuse she says she experienced while dating a country music star Zach Bryan.

The 25-year-old went on the “BFFs podcast” to talk about her relationship and breakup with the musician, proverb that “the last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life, dealing with the abuse from this guy.”

LaPaglia said she was offered a $12 million non-disclosure agreement after she and Bryan broke up in October. She claims Bryan’s team also offered her a house and apartment in New York City.

LaPaglia said she chose not to sign the NDA because she did not want to hide her experiences in exchange for protecting someone who had hurt her.

‘I don’t want your money. I don’t want a settlement. I don’t know who you think I am, but I’m not,” LaPaglia said said as she described her interactions with Bryan after he posted about the couple’s breakup on Instagram.

“You can’t just dump people and use (expletive) for a year, give them millions of dollars and walk away thinking, ‘Ah, I’m the hero. She will be cared for for life,” LaPaglia said. “I will be taken care of for life because I am me.”

“I am much stronger than a weak man,” the Barstool host added.

LaPaglia alluded to Bryan’s history of similar behavior and accused the “Something in the Orange” singer of forcing previous girlfriends to sign non-disclosure agreements as well.

“You made the women before me believe that they had no other choice and took money from you, signed away their experiences (and) signed what they went through,” LaPaglia said. “I don’t want to buy a (expletive) house in two years and think, ‘Oh, this is the guy’s money who literally (expletive) destroyed me and ruined me for a year.”

Rumors of the couple’s breakup started after screenshots of Bryan’s profile emerged celebrity dating app Raya spread on Reddit And TikTok. Bryan seemingly addressed these rumors on his Instagram Story.

“I am not perfect and never will be,” he wrote. “I’m sorry for everything I am and everyone I’ve let down. I do my best in everything. I have failed people who love me, especially myself.”

LaPaglia discussed several examples of Bryan’s erratic behavior during their film year and a half relationship.

For example, the Barstool host recalled covering for her ex-boyfriend when he didn’t show up as Noah Kahan’s surprise guest at Kahan’s. Fenway Concert in July.

“He was drunk and canceled it,” LaPaglia said said. “I don’t know what he said he had to cancel for, but he canceled the night before or the day before.”

LaPaglia also claimed that Bryan wouldn’t let her listen to Kahan because she “listened to him too much.”

“I’m really proud that I didn’t take the money, the decision that I made, and I hope that people can kind of understand and see what I’ve been through this past year and see why I lost myself and why I wasn’t who I was before the man,” LaPaglia said in another clip from the podcast episode.

LaPaglia ultimately didn’t take the money because she wanted to inspire others who were in a similar situation.

“So many people go through this and are afraid to leave or think they’ll always be stuck in it… and that’s not true,” she said.

“If I can get through it and I can be okay in front of everyone, then you can too, and if you don’t have the support system or the friends that I’m so grateful and lucky to have, then you have me now and everything will be fine,” LaPaglia added. “There’s always another side to things.”

Bryan has not yet responded to LaPaglia’s comments.
