Two Afghan migrants allegedly raped a teenage girl after drinking vodka with her at a German hostel.

Wahid R. and Asad Kahn Z., both 24, were living in Dresden when their group home counselors took them and other residents on a trip to Hamburg in March 2019.

According to the prosecutor, the two migrants drank vodka in a hostel room with a German teenage girl. When the girl became dizzy from the alcohol, she lay down on the bed to rest.

“The two suspects took advantage of their victim’s defenselessness, stripped her naked and each had sexual intercourse with the woman at least once,” the prosecutor said.

“They should have realized that the woman was helpless and had impaired consciousness.”

The girl reported the alleged rape to the police the next day, but Wahid R. and Asad Khan Z. were not taken into custody.

During today’s trial at the Dresden court, neither of the two Afghans commented on the charges.

Their alleged victim, who reportedly has a mental illness, was questioned behind closed doors.

The process continues.

It comes after another German girl allegedly raped by two Afghan migrants said she was “their puppet” when they ignored her cries to stop.

The teenager, identified only by the pseudonym Sina, was allegedly raped two days after her 18th birthday by Afghan migrants Sayed Sajad H., 23, and Rames H., 22, in Frankfurt’s Sossenheim district. Image reports.

Sina previously matched with Rames on a dating app and went to a pond with him and Sayed to drink alcohol on June 13, 2021, where they attacked her and treated her like “their puppet,” she said.

“Since that day in the summer of 2021, nothing has been the same,” Sina, now 21, told Bild.

Now, three years after the shocking rape, Sina has testified in court against her alleged attackers, who reportedly only smiled at her from the dock as she spoke about her ordeal.

‘The nightmare repeats itself again when I look into their faces. Like it all happened yesterday,” she said.

Sina said the attack began when she and Sayed shared a kiss, during which he bit her lower lip and squeezed her breasts, ignoring her objections that she did not want this.

Prosecutors allege Rames then pressured her to go into the bushes near the pond with him, where he asked her to verbally satisfy him.

Sina refused, but Rames allegedly took her hand and placed it on his erect penis. The 18-year-old did what the Afghan wanted out of fear, the prosecutor added.

Sayed then allegedly pushed her into the bushes, pulled down her pants and raped Sina as she allegedly begged, “Stop, that hurts.”

‘No one cared about my ‘no’. They spoke in their language, I was their puppet,” she said.

Sayed, who has lived in Germany since 2015, was known to the police for assault and was convicted in 2016. He works as an electrician.

Meanwhile, Rames is unemployed, has no qualifications and currently lives with his parents on a temporary residence permit.

Rames and Sayed claimed to police that both sex acts were consensual and repeated this in court, claiming that Sina even initiated everything.

But Sina says that after they matched on the dating app, she explicitly told Rames that she would only kiss him if they met.

Sina’s lawyer Ulrich Warncke has filed a complaint with the court about the two-year delay of the trial after charges were filed against Rames and Sayed in October 2022.

The verdict in the case is expected on December 4.
