Persistent rain and gusty winds are expected on Sunday

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Sunday is a First Alert Weather Day due to persistent rain and gusty winds.

According to the FOX19 First Alert Weather Team, the heaviest rain is expected on Sunday from 3 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Due to the timing, the visit for Piet Roos at Great American Ball Park will be affected.

Precipitation amounts are expected to range from half an inch to 1″, the weather team says.

There will be wind gusts of up to 30 km/h.
