Masih Alinejad speaks out about Iran’s foiled plan to kill her

Iranian-American activist Masih Alinejad, who was targeted Iran’s assassination plot for hiresays she will continue to fight despite the regime wanting her dead because she speaks out on human rights issues.

Alinejad went to X on Friday morning to talk about the terrifying plot against her.

“I’m shocked,” she said wrote. ‘I just learned from the @FBI that yesterday two men were arrested in a new plot to kill me at Fairfield University, where I was to give a lecture. I also learned that the person assigned to kill @realDonaldTrump was also ordered to kill me on American soil. The alleged killers also stood in front of my house in Brooklyn.”

The journalist, who told “The Story” she doesn’t deserve to be followed by “murderers,” says even though the Biden administration advised her to go into witness protection, she won’t stay silent.

“I have a message for President Trump now, because he said he wants to negotiate with the regime. This is the regime,” she said. “Killing and assassination is in the DNA of the Islamic Republic. I left my beloved homeland, Iran. I came to America to practice my First Amendment, to practice my freedom of speech, and I didn’t even kill Qasem Soleimani. I just celebrated President Trump’s assassination of this terrorist. That’s all.”

Alinejad says she is the voice of Iranian people who have rejected the government.

“Whatever I do, it seems that it hurts the Islamic Republic very much, and that is why they want me dead,” she said. “I don’t want to die. I want to fight against tyranny. I want to fight against this regime and I want to live to see the end of this regime.”
