Veterans Day deals for Fayetteville veterans and active duty in 2024

Veterans Day falls on a Monday this year and many restaurants around Fayetteville and Fort Liberty are offering free meals and other discounts to thank active and former military members.

Most discounts and free meals are limited to dine-in orders and require proof of service, such as a military ID or service record.

Promotions may vary by location and do not include drinks, gratuities or taxes.

Here you will find an overview of the offers offered this year. Unless otherwise stated, all offers are valid for Veterans Day only.

Veterans Day freebies and discounts in the Fayetteville area

From Applebee’s: Free dinner starter from a select menu. Servicemembers who dine on Veterans Day will also receive a $5 coupon that they can redeem toward their next dine-in, grab-and-go or delivery meal within the next three weeks.

Bubba 33s: Free lunch from 11am to 4pm or receive a voucher for a future visit.

Carolina Ale House: Veterans and military personnel receive a free half-rack rib dish with coleslaw and fries.

Chilis: Free entrance from a select menu, for dining only.

Coupling coffee: Veterans and current military members receive free Americano coffee.

Food Lion: 10% discount on in-store purchases with military ID. Offer excludes pharmacy, alcohol, tobacco, gift vouchers, raffle, stamps and services.

Golden Corral: Free dinner from 4:00 PM to closing time.

horns: Free entrance from a select menu with the purchase of a drink, for dinner only.

IHOP: Free red, white and blueberry pancakes or pancake combo from 7am to 7pm, for diners only.

Little Caesars: Free lunch combo with a Pepsi drink from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m

Logan’s Roadhouse: Complimentary meal from a select menu from 11am to 3pm, only when dining on site.

McDonald’s: Free breakfast combo with hash brown and choice of any size soft drink, coffee or tea during breakfast hours for all veterans, active military and military families.

Menchie’s: First 6 ounces of frozen yogurt free.

Mission BBQ: Free sandwich.

Old Chicago: Free meal from a select menu.

Robin: Complimentary Red’s Big Tavern Burger only when dining on site.

Starbucks: Free 12 ounce hot or iced coffee for retired and active military and military spouses in-store and at the drive-thru.

Texas Roadhouse: Complimentary meal from a select menu from 11am to 2pm, only when dining on site.

World of Beer Bar & Kitchen: Free order of two crispy chicken sliders from November 8 to 11 for veterans or current service members, and pup cups for retired or current service animals.
