Hikers find body washed up at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore

ALGER COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — A death investigation is underway after hikers discovered a body that washed up on Lake Superior.

Police said the body was discovered Friday along the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore near Miners Beach.

Police said the body could not be positively identified at this time.

According to the researchers, there is no foul play.
