A serious accident has closed part of the highway in North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT (WFSB) – A serious crash shut down part of a highway in North Haven Saturday evening.

State police say troopers responded to the area of Exit 12 on I-91 south around 7:59 p.m.

EMS and North Haven Fire Department also responded.

Possible injuries have been reported. The size is unknown.

The area was closed for investigation, but has now reopened.
