It’s been a week since America voted to return Donald Trump to the White House, and there are already reports of new appointments – including Marco Rubio, Mike Waltz and Elise Stefanik. How will these people shape the way Trump interacts with the world – what will happen in Ukraine and the Middle East? And what will China do?
