Big Brother’s Lily makes emotional statement after eviction

Big brother star Lily Benson shared an emotional statement her departure last week.

The contestant was voted out of the house on Friday (November 8) in a double eviction with Khaled Khaled.

Lily has now posted Instagram about her time on the show and shares her gratitude to those who have supported her on her journey.

“I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience on Big brother. “Everyone’s support has meant a lot to me, and I really appreciate all the love and encouragement,” she said.

“I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to be a housemate. During my time in the house, I made sure I stayed true to myself no matter what. It was very important to me to express my thoughts and feelings honestly , even when things got difficult.”

Lily went on to say that her authentic self helped her “build real connections with others” and “made the experience so much more meaningful.”

“Staying true to myself not only kept me grounded, but it also reminded me that it’s okay to be who I am, and that’s something I will carry with me forever” , she decided. “To be the most nominated and saved until week 5 is a winner in my eyes. THANK YOU.”

After her departure last week, Lily relented Late and live that she was “grateful” after surviving two previous evictions.

“I’m so grateful to have been saved twice. I thought I was going out the first week, so to be in week five, I can’t really complain,” she said. “Even if I won, it wouldn’t be ethical because I would have wasted all the money anyway.”
