Firearms class for youth offered in 4H Building

Youth ages 7 to 11 can take a basic firearms safety course in November and December in the 4H Building at the Gage County Fairgrounds.

On November 25 and 27 and on December 2, 4 and 9, classes start at 6 p.m. Adults must be present at all times. Students use the Daisy 499 BB and follow the Daisy 10 lesson guide. You will need eye protection for the student and adult, but all other materials will be provided.
