Man accused of taking inappropriate photos of customers at Post Oak Mall

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – College Station police have arrested a man accused of using a cell phone to take videos of private parts of female employees and customers at a Post Oak Mall store.

According to an arrest report, Fredy Osvaldo Chuc Ajsac, 22, was seen on a surveillance camera at Spencer’s Gifts on Aug. 16 using his phone to take pictures of women standing or bending in the store.

The report says he held the phone “at an unnatural angle that appeared to indicate he was deliberately pointing it at the women’s buttocks and genitals” and then immediately checked his phone.

In the incident caught on camera, he allegedly did this to a customer who was wearing a skirt.

When he spoke to police who seized his phone as evidence, he reportedly admitted to doing so to three to four women “with the intent to seize their private parts,” according to the arrest report.

Ajsac was arrested and charged with improper photography or visual recording and remains in custody on a $10,000 bond.
