Bond set at  million for Lincoln man accused of sexually assaulting teen

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man has been arrested after authorities discovered a video showing the sexual assault of a minor this week.

Lincoln police arrested 62-year-old Rock Amen on Tuesday. He has since been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and child molestation.

Authorities were alerted early Monday morning to a video captured showing the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl, according to an arrest affidavit. Police reviewed the video and confirmed the identities of the teen and Amen, according to the affidavit.

Officers caught up with Amen later in the day on Monday and he was taken into custody. Amen later declined an interview with police.

Amen was arraigned Tuesday afternoon and a Lancaster County judge set his bond at 10% of $1,000,000.

His next court hearing is scheduled for December 17.
