Coroner identifies two men found dead in Greenville Co. motel room

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said it is investigating after two men were found dead in a motel room.

According to investigators, officers received a 911 call before 9:45 a.m. Wednesday about people screaming for help.

Officers arrived at the Budget Inn on Bruce Road and discovered two deceased victims and a man with minor injuries, investigators said.

Officers report that the injured man has been transported to the hospital.

The cause of death and injuries are not known at this time, officers say.

The coroner identified the victims as 33-year-old Alvaro Hinojosa and 43-year-old Jose Gomez.
