AEW clash takes place at GalaxyCon Columbus on December 7

AEW clash takes place at GalaxyCon Columbus on December 7

AEW clash will take place next month at a unique location.

On Thursday, National Arena in Columbus, Ohio announced that the filming of Collision, scheduled for December 7, had been canceled. No reason for the cancellation was given at the time of publication.

However, Sean Ross Sapp from Fighting spirit provided more details, reporting that AEW still planned to hold a televised taping in Columbus that weekend, but at a different location. It was noted that AEW wanted to announce the new location before Nationwide Arena made the cancellation public, and an “interesting opportunity” was the reason for the change of location.

AEW has since announced its plans for December 7, sharing that Collision will be held in conjunction with GalaxyCon Columbus at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Tickets for Collision at GalaxyCon Columbus go on sale this Saturday, November 16 at 2:00 PM ET via AEWTix.com and GalaxyConColumbus.com. All fans who bought tickets for AEW clash at Nationwide Arena will be automatically refunded.

The original graphic for the December 7 AEW clash advertised Kris Statlander, Orange Cassidy, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Darby Allin, Christian Cage, Willow Nightingale and AEW Women’s Champion Mariah May for the event. This lineup continues to be advertised on the new graphics for Collision at GalaxyCon.

Three days before AEW heads to Columbus, the promotion will host tapings for Dynamite and Rampage in Fishers, Indiana at the Fishers Event Center.
