1 dead, 2 teens seriously injured in Boyle Heights crash

A horrific crash Boyle Heights killed a driver and left two teenagers seriously injured.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call of a multi-vehicle crash near the intersection of East 4th Street and South Fresno Street on Thursday around 9:30 p.m. One person was pronounced dead at the scene upon arrival.

According to LAFD, the two teens taken to the hospital after the crash are believed to be 17 and 18 years old, both males. Officials have not released the identities of the person killed in the crash or the teens who were fighting for their lives in the hospital.

The crash, which involved at least two cars, remains under investigation.
