And recently, a huge amount of meth was seized in a truck carrying peppers at the Border with Texas.

We got the details of the drug trafficking from KVUEand we discovered that we were used to a tractor-trailer that should have been full of serrano peppers smuggling meth. These drug traffickers will do anything to outsmart law enforcement. But I can promise you that at this point they’ve seen just about everything.

This particular bust took place last weekend on the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge. The truck was allegedly loaded with serrano peppers, but upon inspection it was found that the truck contained 2,155 pounds of meth.

This meth bust on the Texas border was a big deal

While this drug bust wasn’t the largest ever on the Pharr International Bridge, it’s still great to hear that all this meth won’t end up on the streets of Texas. If these drugs reached their intended destination, they would have had a street value of approximately $31.1 million.
