Outdoor Concepts employee accused of looking at woman through window

FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – A Fargo landscaping company is under investigation after police say they received a report of an Outdoor Concepts employee looking at a woman through her window.

According to the report, the woman said that on November 12, her boyfriend caught a Hispanic man wearing a construction vest, carrying a lunch box, looking through her apartment window.

She said her boyfriend chased the man away, who got into an Outdoor Concepts pickup truck with others and drove away.

The report shows that a week earlier, the woman thought she had also seen the same man looking through her window.

Police say Outdoor Concepts was notified and stated they had multiple employees who lived in the same apartment building as the woman. The landscaping company told police that they were going to speak to all employees, and if the problem occurs again, they will be fired because “they drive a company car and that reflects on the entire company.”

FPD has not identified a specific employee who is being held responsible at this time.

Valley News Live has contacted Outdoor Concepts for comment but has not yet received a response.
