Mike Tyson punches ‘f–king a–hole’ YouTuber Jake Paul in the face during pre-fight outburst

Mike Tyson Jake punched Paul in the face during an explosive weigh-in before them long awaited fight Friday night.

The professional boxer, 58, and the YouTuber turned boxer, 27, were on stage hitting their pre-fight weights at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas, on Thursday when things quickly took a violent turn.

As Tyson walked to the scales, Paul got down on his hands and knees and began crawling toward his opponent. The controversial YouTuber – who was wearing shoes at the time – then stepped on Tyson’s bare toes while standing all up in the boxing legend’s face.

Tyson stared at Paul for a moment before punching him in the face in front of a shocked crowd.

The weigh-in official and several of Tyson’s team members quickly intervened and pulled the athlete.

Meanwhile, Paul laughed off the incident by playfully touching his face, clapping, cheering up the crowd and shouting, “Let’s go!”

Shortly after Tyson made headlines for the punch, the athlete made discussed the incident in an interview with The New York Post.

“I had my socks on and he had shoes on,” Tyson explained. “He stepped on my toe because he’s a big asshole. I wanted to think it happened by accident. But now I think it might have been done on purpose.”

He added: “I was in a lot of pain. I had to give an answer.”

However, Tyson appeared to be over the pre-fight chat, telling The Post that Paul needed to know the “conversation was over.”

“He’s more of a clown than an entertainer,” Tyson continued. ‘He’s a clown. He has to stop playing.”

The longtime heavyweight champion’s rep echoed his client’s message, sharing in a statement to The Post: “Jake has been poking the bear this whole time. Mike beat the shit out of him.”

Meanwhile, Paul played the blow telling the media he “didn’t even feel it.”

“He’s angry, he’s an angry fairy,” Paul said. “Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap buddy, but tomorrow you’re going to get knocked out. I conquer him, I conquer him. He hits like a bitch. It’s personal now. It’s personal now. He must die.”

Paul too went to Xwriting, “This is a pinch-me moment. I got punched by Mike Tyson .”

Paul’s brother – fellow YouTuber and boxer Logan Paul – also shared his thoughts on the punch via X and warned Tyson that he had made a “serious mistake.”

“My brother was beaten by Mike Tyson, iconic king… but a serious mistake,” he wrote on Thursday. “This fight just got personal for Jake. Tomorrow’s outcome will be total devastation for Mike; the new face of boxing will be crowned tomorrow @jakepaul.”

The headline fight “Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson” starts Friday at 8 PM ET on Netflix. The preliminary bout between Taylor and Serrano kicks off at 5:30 PM ET.
